Welcome to the Andover Central School Guidance Office page.
Below, you will find the registration forms for students entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary grades 1-6, and Jr/Sr high school grades 7-12. If you are new to the district, please remember to schedule a meeting with our principal when you bring in your completed paperwork to the Guidance Office. It is essential to have all required documents with you at this time. Additionally, ensure that you complete the language questionnaire, release of health information, and release of information forms.
